This 4 bedroom, 2 bath house on the oceanfront is 1/2 mile from the Ocean Isle Beach pier features include central heat & air, good size laundry room w/washer & dryer, two cable color TVs DVD/VCR, stereo system, ceiling fan and telephone. The kitchen has been completely updated, well equipped and easy to function in. Appliances include range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffeepot, electric skillet, toaster and plenty of large pots in which to cook your "catch of the day".

There is a covered porch overlooking the ocean with benches and rocking chairs. In addition to a sundeck there is steps down to the beach and outside shower.

Ocean Isle is with in 15 miles of 30 golf courses and lots of great restaurants. Only minutes from the Seafood Capital of the World---Calabash, NC!

I don’t charge travel insurance.  If your vacation is interrupted due to a hurricane, etc.  I pro-rate your week and return you the difference.  I don’t charge a reservation fee.

My house is on the oceanfront.  There are no roads, houses, etc. between you and the beach.  When I took ownership in the early 80’s, it was the Ocean View. So, I liked it and decided not to change the name.
